It's our goal to keep you satisfied! At Shelf Space, we keep things as simple as possible. 

We offer a 7 day refund if you are not happy with your order or you received it damaged. 

If you receive a faulty product, we will only credit you or refund you if you return the faulty item.

We would have to inspect the product on its return before issuing a refund and we cannot refund the delivery, marketing or admin fee.

Return of the product is for the client’s account.

What is the process for returning an order?

To return your product, or if you received the wrong order, simply email us at info@shelfspacenamibia.com and we will assist you with returning your order to us. 

Is there a time limit for returning my order?

You can return any order within 7 days of receiving it.

When can I expect a refund or exchange?

We usually process the product within 7 business days of receiving it in our warehouse and it can take anywhere from 3-5 working days for your bank to process it.
